Petursborg luxury in Vágur

The sauna was lovely and so practical to have a washing machine + dryer for our hiking clothes! There are also lots of lovely spaces to just hang out and read. It’s good value for money for a family or group of friends!

The sauna and whirlpool are a great addition to the house, but keep in mind that one has to book these for 1,000 DKK extra and the whirlpool doesn’t offer a lot of privacy (as of now, May 2026). It’s also a private house that is being rented out to tourists, so clutter here and there can be expected.

Bellissima casa con una storia (trovata nei libri in casa), ristrutturazione ancora parzialmente in corso durante il nostro soggiorno (il balcone ancora da finire, mancava la balaustra...), splendida la zona sauna (e doppia doccia), una vista bellissima in soggiorno, una cucina immensa con vista anche lei, tutto comodissimo e super spazioso.

Attenzione (per i propretari) alla pulizia del forno, che era molto sporco e incrostato. Quando siamo arrivati, era ancora in funzione l'asciugatrice che abbiamo svuotato noi. Un po' scomodo il pagamento, che non è stato gestito - come tutti gli altri - direttamente da Booking con carta di credito, ma dai proprietari (bonifico estero non semplicissimo per noi). Piccoli dettagli in un contesto però che ci è piaciuto tantissimo. Isola e dintorni meravigliosi.

Vi älskade huset! Bodde där en vecka och trivdes verkligen. Stort och luftigt med härlig utsikt. Sköna soffor och sängar. Modernt kök som gjorde det lätt att laga mat. Många kryddor. Bra badrum. Och bäst av allt var hot tub och bastu!! Bra läge. Nära till mataffärer. Mycket att se på Suduroy. Och vädret var bra! Tack!
