Athens penthouse with akropolis view!

The balcony outside is nice and has a lot of space

The acropolis view is blocked so you can’t really see it, the elevator doesn’t work so it’s hard to bring the language on the 5th floor

Great apartment, just a short walk from the overground and metro. The neighbourhood seems safe and is quiet at night. A number of small supermarkets are close by for shopping needs. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed and excellent air-conditioning. It has a nice balcony for dining outside in the mornings and evenings. The host was very friendly and attentive throughout my stay. There was even the new addition of a hot tub that I didn't get a chance to use. Exactly the type of place I needed. (There is an acropolis view from the bedroom but the neighbours railings do a good job of obscuring it.)

Sadly the lift was broken the entire time I was there (5th floor) and there was no lighting on a few of the flights of stairs. The cooking facilities were generally great, but could have done with a small pan and some over gloves.
