Hilton Tanger City Center Penthouse 15

It was clean.

That my penthouse 15 on the twelfth floor was not ready due to air conditioning issues. They had to put me on a lower floor that was on the far end of the building. A longer walk to the elevator. I was told that there would be internet and Netflix but both were issues. The man who fixed the TV internet issues said Netflix was working but as I turned off the TV, I had the same issues again. The man did not leave me the login information nor the password so every day I went without watching movies. I felt like an inconvenience to the man who owns the property by having to ask over and over again for his man to fix the TV issues. I felt that the add on the property listed on booking.com, was misleading. To put pictures up about access to a pool when there was none, is misleading. Why mix in pictures of things you can’t get as complimentary when booking the suite? I felt like I paid to stay in a room with no connection to movies, in English, I asked the guy how to change it, but he just said it’s fixed. I gave up. Yes, Shakir did tell me that there was no pool access, After I already paid for the suite. Everything about this trip has not gone good for me. I will not book another visit to this penthouse again as I would rather pay to stay at the actual Hilton hotel and have access to a pool whether i use it or not. Shakir was nice enough at first with me but as I arrived, I felt alone and not knowing anything about where things are or how to handle emergencies. He told me he was busy and that he has good men working on the issues. But those men spoke no English so I felt lost and at a fend for yourself type of situation. The room was very noisy with all of the street noise. The cars passing by honking their horns at all hours of the night that I had a hard time falling asleep even though the bed was very comfortable. I lost sleep those five nights there. It was not peaceful. Never again. Sincerely, Elizabeth Niwakowski

Honestly a really nice stay. The host was extremely nice and very polite and helpful. With quick responses. The house was very clean and exactly as shown in the images. WiFi was very fast. Provided toiletries like towels, shower gel, hoovers, washing machine liquid. Security and maintenance were always available. And definitely recommend this stay. Will be coming back
