Good communal cooking and kitchen facilities available. Close parking. Big entry room available for ski boots, wet clothes and for drying laundry. The host was responsive to questions via WhatsApp.
The kitchen could be better organized. The kitchen and laundry/sink areas were a little messy and not cleaned well by, or after, previous guests. The room was heated with a kerosene heater that gave off some fumes - not bad, but noticeable. Would be nice to have instructions for use the clothes washer.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The host was super helpful and provided shuttle service to the ski resorts, which made everything so easy. Excellent service overall — would definitely stay here again in Kutchan
