Modern appartement op wandelafstand van het centrum van Kempen

Het moderne appartement ligt op wandelafstand van het centrum en is daarom een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een kort verblijf om Kempten te bezoeken. Alles was voorzien. 's Nachts is het stil, we hebben geen enkel geluid gehoord uit de gang noch van de buren. Daarnaast is er een garagebox voorzien bij de accommodatie, waardoor je garanties hebt dat je de wagen veilig kunt parkeren. De communicatie met de eigenaar (verhuurbedrijf?) verliep vlot. De sleuteloverdracht gebeurt via een sleutelbox waarvoor je de instructies twee dagen op voorhand ontvangt.

Het balkon nodigt niet bepaald uit om te gaan zitten (niet gezellig, muffe geur), maar voor de rest geen opmerkingen.

Zentrale Lage, Nähe zu Einkausmöglichkeiten

Bad und Toilette ohne Fenster und kein Abzug. Loggia wird zum Rauchen genutzt und riecht entsprechend. Mülltrennung schwierig da keine Mülltonnen für Papier, Bio und Plastik vorhanden.
