The caravan had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and relaxed environment. Close to the clubhouse and play area.

The most cleanest and well thought out van I have ever stopped in! Forgot anything don’t worry Emma has it covered..What is not to like about this van..immaculate condition..smelt gorgeous inside.. well kept outside area..enough board games and books for rainy days..and even cake on arrival 🥰..Location on site is perfect for the country club..I stopped with a child as a single parent and felt extremely safe on site..everyone was so friendly. The site too had some great free activities on for the kids this weekend which was brilliant. So much nicer than your big holiday parks x

Everything is perfect. It smelt lovely walking in. It was so comfortable and clean. Three different seating areas outside. It was not total escape proof but I have a young border collie and she was contained well enough with supervision in the beautiful garden. Everything a family could possibly need is here. Excellent WiFi, games consoles, books, board games, disney+. Nothing was cluttered. It was spotless. If you have forgotten something, it was there for use. So cosy and homely. I could stay there a week. I visited Sunday solo with dog and booked to go back Thursday with my 15yr old. There's enough there to entertain kids for a few days. Withensea ten mins drive away. The dog park was a large grassed courtyard but good to let off some steam, off lead. We were even left a dog toy, some biscuits for us both and a beer. Nice touches. The heating came on automatically in the morning and it was lovely. I didn't want to leave and look forward to bringing family on Thursday. Hope the weather is as kind as the weekend was. Thanks for having us x
That it's so booked up whilst I'm on leave from work or I would extend my stay, most definitely. I love everything about it!
