location and property was very ideal but the parking was worst.

location was very good.

there was no parking for the property and even on the road nearby. never go in your own car as the parking is not available at all. I had to park inside the building as a last resort. it should have been mentioned that the parking in the building was extremally prohibited. due to park inside the building, the landlord called me and started swearing at me over the phone.

Gem in central Paris

Such a great place in middle of Paris. Newly renovated, clean and in a great location. Check in was easy with clear instructions and owner did reply to messages right away.

Clean, Bright, Spacious Well Connected Apartment

A great apartment close to the metro and various supermarkets. We stayed very comfortably with four people, the kitchen was fully equipped, AC worked well on both floors. The apartment has a code system to enter, this made our movement extremely convenient as each one of us could go back to the apartment individually and be able to get in easily without having to arrange keys.

Comfortable and great location

The location was amazing, it’s not in the very center of Paris but it’s well conected with the metro and you can get anywhere you want in 20-30 minutes. The inside of the apartment is very modern and comfortable. There are great boulangeries very close for breakfast, we enjoyed Boulangerie Le 57 and had the best cheesecake ever in another one I dont remember the name.

The main thing we didnt like was how dark the entrance to the apartment is, we arrived at night so it was a bit scary the day we arrived and felt unsafe even though its not unsafe at all. Some type of light should be added. For 5 people the space was a bit small and you will need to organize in the morning to get ready as there is only one bathroom. The stairs to the second floor are a bit steep but my 70 year old grandma could manage just fine.

Super Lage, Komfort mittelmäßig

- Lage war wirklich super zwischen mehreren U-Bahn-Stationen. Jede Menge Restaurants, ein Bäcker etc ebenfalls vor der Tür - der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und es wurde immer sehr schnell geholfen. Meist kam die Antwort wirklich direkt - gutes Internet und technisch gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner.

- Sauberkeit muss echt verbessert werden. Staub in den Ecken der Betten und schwarze Füße nach einmal über den Boden laufen, Tisch hat geklebt etc. - die Wohnung hat leider ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem. Es war kein Schimmel sichtbar aber der Muff war schon extrem. - die Ausstattung mit Geschirr ist extrem dürftig. Es fehlen tiefe Teller, Tassen etc. zudem sind die Pfannen schon sehr abgenutzt. - als Familie mit 3 Kindern ein wenig eng. Das Schlafsofa oben ist etwas knapp für drei Kids, das Elternbett aber auch für ein weiteres Kind.

Bien ubicado pero muy basico

Lo único positivo es la ubicación, cercano al centro y con buenas conexiones por Metro

Todo en el apartamento es minimo: mínimo espacio, mínimo mobiliario, minima comodidad. Faltaban muchos detalles para hacer la estancia cómoda: barandilla en la peligrosa escalera, que la pila del baño no se atascase, perchas (no habia dónde colgar ni las toallas ni la ropa), muebles para no dejar todo por el suelo.. Al precio/dia al que se ofrece este apartamento, considero que esto deberia estar resuelto

Molt còmode i super ben comunicat

Les instal.lacions són noves i modernes. Està molt ben ubicat, ben comunicat amb diferents línies de metro que arriben als principals punts turístics de París fàcilment. Està ben equipat amb allò necessari. Al costat hi ha una panaderia excel·lent per menjar delicioses baguettes i croissants, bars molt agradables i supermercats. Hi ha aire acondicionat, que també ho hem agraït.

Estava bastant brut, la neteja seria un aspecte a millorar. Les escales que pugen a l'habitació de dalt i al bany són una mica incòmodes i estretes, però en general hem estat molt a gust i ha estat una estada molt agradable.

Tutto ok. Posizione buona. Pulizia da migliorare

La posizione è ottima, soprattutto per chi va a Disneyland Paris, oltre a vedere un po’ la città. La metrò è vicinissima e anche Place de la Nation è vicina. È utilissimo avere la lavatrice/asciugatrice funzionante-buon prodotto! Il materasso del letto è ottimo! Ho dormito veramente bene.

È un po’ lontano dal centro e dalla Tour Eiffel (40 min circa). Le scale nell’appartamento sono un po’ scomode e ripide. Potrebbero aggiungere un passamano e il colore nero non aiuta tanto. Ci sono alcuni piccoli difetti di progettazione. Noi siamo stati in 5 (3 adulti e 2 bimbi) e l’appartamento era un pochino piccolo. Ci siamo arrangiati comunque. La pulizia è da migliorare, tanto. Ho trovato svariati capelli e peli in giro e tra le lenzuola.

Lokalizacja jest w miarę ok - blisko metra, pralkosuszarka ok.

Po wejściu od razu smród wilgoci, mieszkanie jest kilka razy mniejsze niż wygląda to na zdjęciach. Garnki i patelnie tak brudne, że nie dało się używać, podłoga tak brudna, że po przejściu kilku kroków stopy od spodu były czarne, brak żelu pod prysznic. Mimo 6 osób, ręczników dostaliśmy 4 sztuki. Pościel wygnieciona, prawdopodobnie już używana przez kogoś innego. Godzina wymeldowania to 10.00. Nawet po wysłaniu prośby o godzinę dłużej mimo pobytu z małymi dziećmi odmowiono, mimo, że padał deszcz. Jestem zdziwiony jak jest wciąż utrzymana ocena 9.

El lugar estuvo muy bien, comodo y se adapto a nuestro grupo familiar. La zona cuenta con bastantes sitios para comer. La cercanía al metro lo hace perfecto.

Super!

Kommunikation sehr gut, Fragen werden sofort beantwortet. Die Lage ist super wenn man mit Metro und RER unterwegs sind. Supermärkte und Bäcker in der Nähe. Apartement ist ganz neu, alle Geräte funktioniert prima. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
