Modern and clean rooms

The owners are very pleasant and we were even greeted with wine in the room as well as bottled water. The rooms are new and clean, and modernly furnished. The large market across the street from the house is an additional plus. Private parking is also very practical.

Lepo stanovanje, lepi kraji!

Sobo sem rezervirala v zadnjem hipu, a je vseeno vse potekalo gladko. Gostiteljica je bila hitra in dosledna v komunikaciji. Kljub temu, da je zaklenjeno s kodo, me je gospa pričakala, mi zaželela dobrodošlico in predala navodila, za še bolj udobno bivanje. Nastanitev je zelo sodobna, čista, lahko dostopna, mirna. Vse je na dosegu roke, tako trgovina, kot plaža, kot središče kraja.

Vse je bilo odlično.

Schockierende Erfahrung

Bäckerei direkt im Haus. Gegenüber sehr großes Einkaufszentrum. Neubau, praktisch und schön eingerichtet mit Klimaanlage . Parkplätze für Gäste sind gratis. Eingangstüre und Apartments sind mit Codes zu entsperren. Handtücher wurden mit einem Korb zum wechseln vor die Türe gestellt. Badezimmer war sehr groß und schön plus Haarfön. Leider keine Kaffeemaschine. Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle vorhanden.

Wenn es jemanden gefällt, das die Gastgeberin ( damit wir die Kaution von 300€ zurück bekommen) vor einem die komplette Bettwäsche samt Matratzenschoner herunter reißt und nachsieht ob man nicht Flecken darunter hinterlassen hat....und Tage davor die gewechselten Handtücher per Wathsapp kritisiert das wir uns mit diesen Abgeschminkt hätten und Sie die Kaution einbehaltet falls die Flecken nicht raus gehen würden, ohne das Sie sie vorher schon gewaschen hat......und Sie mir auch noch mit PS.: empfielt, uns mit Abschminktücher zu reinigen.......dann sind Sie hier genau richtig!! 👿 Soetwas ist uns noch nie passiert.....sehr arrogantes Verhalten von der jungen Gastgeberin. Übrigens, die Flecken im Hantduch waren vom Haarewaschen und noch leichte Spuren von Restschmike, dass natürlich nach dem Waschen alles raus ging. Meerblick ist auch nur über ein Gebäude zu sehen, das dort gerade im Rohbau steht. Und direkt am Meer......neeee sicher nicht. Man fährt mit dem Auto drei Min. zum Strand oder 10 min zu Fuß. Das Gebäude steht auch direkt bei einem Kreisverkehr. Leider gab es kein Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank. WLAN funktioniert am Abend auch nicht....Zimmer war ziemlich klein und man konnte sich nur notwendigerweise darin bewegen.

Dwie łazienki, super duży balkon, bliskość do piekarni ( na parterze budynku ), parking pod samym apartamentem - mega udogodnienie, pełne wyposażenie w kuchni, czyściutko, blisko do marketu - 50 metrów.

Brak pralki, najbliższa plaża jest nie do zaakceptowania bo kolor wody jeziora bo blisko tararaki. Jak się zagłębi w głąb terenu kempingów odnajdzie się piękne plaże z czystą chorwacką przezroczystą wodą.

Top Apartment direkt am Meer! Komplett neu gebautes Gebäude, moderne Ausstattung mit allem was man benötigt. Konnten sogar spontan um eine Nacht verlängern 😊 Besitzerin äußerst freundlich und ist sich sogar persönlich vorstellen gekommen wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Vinistra, odmor je bio važan, a dobio sam ga u ovom prekrasnom objektu Richi Rooms & App.

Lokacija je super. Boravak je bio jako ugodan. Kreveti su jako ugodni za spavanje kao i jastuci. Jednostavno jako dobro i ugodno sam proveo dva dana i dvije noći u objektu Richi Rooms & App.

Super modernes und ruhig gelegenes Apartment

Apartment sieht genau aus wie auf den Bildern, sehr neu und sauber. Lage ist super direkt gegenüber vom Supermarkt, Nachts trotzdem sehr ruhig. Karla ist eine super nette und flexible Gastgeberin und hat uns super Tipps für die Umgebung geschickt. Bei Fragen oder Problemen ist sie auch immer Erreichbar. Self Check-In über einen vorab genannten Code direkt möglich! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kvalitní ubytování, naproti obchod, velmi vstřícná hostitelka a perfektní komunikace s ní.

Snídaně nebyla. K pláži blízko. Moderní vybavení, otvírání dveří pomocí pin kodu. Pláž nedaleko.
