A family friendly minimalist apartment with a nice terrace where kids can play safe. Inside you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. We took the buses 44, 982 or 870 to the city center every day. The bus stations are actually near the property. Also there is a really good supermarket across the street and lots of great neighborhood places like ice cream shops, restaurants, bars or fruit and flower shops. You can also find a great park nearby (Villa Doria Pamphili), its nice and quiet, almost with a gothic vibe. In the middle of it there is a lake with swans, turtles and ducks and around you can see those marvelous big pine trees (pinus pinea). We really enjoyed our stay in this particular area of the city because is not crowded with tourists and you can really feel the authentic life of locals

Great accommodation. Very good location in terms of public transport, supermarket directly across the street. Nice park nearby where we went running. The power outlets are compatible with German plugs without an adapter. The hostess was very helpful. WLAN was stable and fast.

Es ist ein perfekt gelegenes Apartment für einen wunderschönen entspannten Urlaub in Rom. Mit den fussläufig zu erreichenden Haltestellen der Tram 8 und des Busses 870 kann man in 20 bis 30 Minuten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms erreichen. Vatikan, Trevi, Spanische Treppe, Forum Romanum, Trastevere und vieles mehr. Die Gastgeberin Dani ist supernett, ist immer zu erreichen und hilft bei allen eventuellen Fragen. Das Auto hat Platz im Hof und ist dort sicher untergebracht. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet, mit Allem, was man benötigt. Eine wunderschöne Woche in Rom war es, dank dieser tollen Unterkunft der Vermieterin Dani....

Wir hatten eine absolut tolle Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Unterkunft war super sauber, gemütlich und perfekt gelegen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an unsere Gastgeberin Daniela. Sie war unglaublich nett, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Sie hat sich jeden Tag erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist, und man hat einfach gemerkt, dass ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Wir können die Wohnung und Daniela als Gastgeberin zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!
