Отличное месторасположение, рядом метро, остановки автобусов, кафе, магазины. Отдельный вход в квартиру через внутренний милый дворик. Доброжелательный хозяин.

По мнению жены немного грязновато. Не работал телевизор или я в чем-то не разобрался. В остальном квартира устроила по большинству параметров.
