If I could rate this 6 stars, I would.

Wow. Just Wow! I stayed here for 4 nights and wished I'd booked for longer. My room (really a small apartment rather than a room) was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The B&B is a couple of miles from the nearest town on a small road, in an idyllic wooded setting, centred around a courtyard with a large mature walnut tree. It's incredibly peaceful with outstanding hosts. Sandra & Geert are really friendly & helpful and I had a new BFF in the form of Bailey (their dog) for my stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable with nice linen provided and a warm duvet, The shower was actually a shower with responsive temperature control (and not the usual arctic/furnace/nothing-in-between dribble that a lot of places think is fine these days) in a well-fitted out bathroom with a nice selection of toiletries. Towels, including a bath mat are included and are soft & fluffy. The kitchen/living space was large and nicely furnished with a hob, oven, microwave and decent-sized fridge, and a good-sized TV too. A really nice touch is the flyscreen door on the entrance so you can leave the external door open and enjoy fresh air without insects entering. There are shared clothes washing/drying facilities though I didn't use these during my stay. The breakfasts that are mentioned in most of the reviews? It's not hype, they're immense. Fresh-baked bread & pastries, fresh meat & cheese, freshly-prepared hand-cut fruit, orange juice & a press of nice smooth coffee. It's the only continental breakfast I've been offered that has defeated me - it will set you up for the entire day! Normally by the end of a 4 night stay I'm ready to depart and head for home, but by the last morning I was so relaxed I really wasn't looking forward to the drive home. I could have hapily stayed much longer. I absolutely loved my stay here and will be re-booking shortly for next year.

Excellent stay

The place is in the middle of nowhere in a good way. Peaceful and quiet, well-maintained garden with small houses surrounding it. There is a milk farm nearby that produces its own ice cream. The family gives you a warm welcome, being thoughtful and helpful during the whole stay. I really didn't want to leave :)

Bed & Breakfast with washing machine in nice setting

The very friendly host serve a nice breakfast at your room. The location is wonderfull, rural and next to a cycling path. We were very pleased to be able to use the washing machine.

The smell in the Tuinkamer was unbearable; far to much airfreshner was used, also smelled during the night despite leaving the door to the garden open. I expect the fresherner was used to mask a humid smell. There is insufficient lighting in this room, making it difficult to see while packing for example. When you are not a doglover, think twice before staying here. There is an adorable, playfull dog, however it does haress you constantly, even when ignored. Good thing, it does not enter your room, but will sit at your door waiting to be played with.

Séjour très agréable avec un excellent petit-déjeuner pour démarrer la journée!

Bon emplacement pour des balades à vélo dans la région. Endroit charmant et propre avec cour intérieure (chien, chats, poules,...). Petit-déjeuner excellent! Hôte très serviable y compris pour la recherche de vélos/chargeur de téléphone.

C'est un détail mais peut-être améliorer l'intensité de la lumière dans les pièces communes.

Het logement was op een heel mooie locatie:op de buiten, tussen de velden en bossen. Een mooie kamer,een uitgebreid ontbijt met veel lekkers. Een vriendelijke,hulpzame gastvrouw.

De kamer vond ik wat aan de kleine kant. Er was een beetje weinig verlichting id kamer daar het ,' s avonds vlug donker is. Er mocht wel meer verlichting zijn aan de oprit van het domein daar er ook weinig straatverlichting is . Bestek op de kamer zou ook praktisch zijn.

Voor ons meer dan naar tevredenheid

De gastvrijheid en netheid van de bewoners. We werden ontvangen met een welkomstdrankje en ze kwamen de volgende ochtend eerder uit bed om ons van ontbijt te voorzien omdat we vroeg wilden afreizen. Ook onze hond was zeer welkom. Daarnaast ligt het in een zeer mooie natuurlijke omgeving, ideaal voor wandelen (ook met hond) en rust.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Zimmer direkt am hinreißend schönen Garten. Sehr gutes Frühstück auf der Terrasse unter Bebachtung von Hühnern, Hund und Pferd. Sehr ruhig gelegen, daher natürlich zum Essen und Einkaufen nichts in Laufweite

Wäre schön, wenn man Fenster öffnen und in der guten Landluft schlafen könnte.

Ik kan deze b en b alleen maar aanbevelen. Rustige ligging, alles wat er moet zijn en anders moest je het maar vragen. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw, is flexibel qua ontbijt uur. Plek genoeg. Ik kwam niets tekort. Als ik nog eens in Limburg mijn vakantie wil, kom ik zeker terug. 👍👍👍

Ik kan geen minpunten bedenken echt. Een feller lichtje was misschien nog welkom om te lezen zoals gezegd maar op zich ook niet noodzakelijk.

Perfecte locatie en een sublieme service

Wat een heerlijke, rustige plek. Wakker worden van kakelende kipjes is leuk. De tuinkamer (mijn ruimte die nacht) is zeer volledig ingericht. Het ontbijt is gewoon perfect. Uitzicht op de tuin, het bos aan de overkant… tussen het werken door kon ik uitstekend ontspannen.

La mejor estancia que uno pueda tener

La tranquilidad, la hospitalidad que recibes nada más entrar, Sandra y su familia siempre están atentos a que no te falte de nada, estas rodeado de naturaleza, el desayuno es muy muy contundente, nunca te vas a quedar con hambre. Cocina en la habitación equipada con todo lo necesario, sin duda una estancia increíble.

Heerlijk gevarieerd ontbijt. Iedere ochtend andere broodjes, vleeswaren en fruitdrankje naast de koffie (of thee). B&B ligt in een groene omgeving waar je er zo op uit kunt.

Geen kritische noot maar volgens mij had ik hem al eerder gelezen, iets over een klemmende deur en de deurklinken zitten niet zo goed vast ;)
