Comfortable property. Good air conditioning unit which kept us cool. Comfortable beds. Nice welcome pack including a bottle of wine. Walking distance to two takeaways. Bus to Brighton goes every 5 minutes from bottom of road.

The light switch in the bathroom was automatic and had a mind of its own but this was a minor irritation. Some small glasses would be good. Telscombe heights/peacehaven is a bit of a ribbon development

La luminosità della Guest house,la pulizia e la bella accoglienza che la proprietaria Mona ci ha fatto trovare. Sul tavolo c'erano cioccolatini,una bella bottiglia di vino in fresco,tutto l occorrente per un bel caffè e tant 'altro.Le immagini rispettano tutto quello che si vede su booking.Comoda e spaziosa per noi che ne eravamo in quattro.Se dovessi ritornare a brighton sicuramente sceglierò di ritornarci

It is a beautiful cabin to stay. All lasted tech. Absolutely spotless. Brilliant acces to Brighton. Lovely local places to eat. All in all a really lovely area. I can’t praise the accommodation and owners enough. Strongly strongly recommend 😍

Nothing it’s brilliant

Amazing stay! Guest house is so Beautiful !! Pristine clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Cliff top walk was brilliant. We loved the apple and the Quince tree. The garden is large and gorgeous. Lovely lighted rock garden. Loved the parking on the driveway and lighted path at night. The nights were so clear and beautiful with stars in the sky. The location was perfect — next to the beach and just a short drive to Brighton and the Seven Sisters. A real hidden gem. The Ac was nice. The beds are clean and beddings are fragrant and soft. The toilet had everything fresh towels, body soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. So comfortable. Definitely will be back.
