Having both a microwave oven and a washer/dryer within the unit has been very convenient. The small balcony could be used to air dry a bit of laundry, which was also handy. Cleanliness was impeccable. The wardrobe space is very generous. Last but not least, it felt homey and welcoming.
The location pin on Google Maps is not precise and difficult to find, especially at night. Even a local had difficulty understanding the printed address. The toilet deodorant may be disagreeable to some. Although there was a small gas stove, we didn't feel comfortable using it in an air tight and relatively confined location.

Good location and easy to deal with the host. Many essential items available at the apartment. Would recommend and use again. Beds really comfy. Everything we needed was there. I love Japanese toilets 🤣
Some noise from other apartment but we found it minor and not really an issue.
