I liked everything and would stay again

This apartment block is situated in a residential area of Cebu, so you are embedded in local life. There are local restaurants around, many within walking distance. The pool is large and clean, surrounding gardens are pleasant. The gym was adequately equipped but the two running machines were out-of-order for my entire 10 day stay.

The apartment is best described as adequate. It is clean but everything in it looks a bit tired, from the ancient 2 burner electric hob to the deteriorating chromeware in the bathroom. Every now and again you also get a bit of a nasty whiff from the drains in kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen equipment was very old, knives blunt, only 3 pots/pans, only one with a lid. WiFi was flaky. As it does have a washing machine, I would have appreciated one of those folding clothes drying racks (there's plenty of room in the apartment to store one) and more hangers. The supermarket in the mall next door is ok, looks a bit tired too but does have most of what you'd need. The queues at the tills are always painfully slow. It is a good, hot min 25 minute walk into Cebu city, cultural sights and the nearest modern malls.
