Excelente ubicación, comodidad, limpieza, la tranquilidad del sector y la seguridad es indudable, múltiples alternativas para comer cerca y supermercados como el Ara y el D1 cercanos. El apartamento estaba completamente dotado con algunos alimentos básicos muy necesarios, estaba con mi hijo de 5 años y mi mamá y las camas, el agua caliente incluso en el lavaplatos y lavamanos hicieron del todo la diferencia.
Sólo como mejora, en la sala también sugeriría que tuviera un blackout tapa luz para la persona que duerme en el sofá así como el que está en la habitación.

Location, close to unicentro
Sofa bed in living room very uncomfortable, the pad is worn out and it is very hard to sleep there, also need a working tv in the living room with local channels. Parking spot super extremely tight, got to be a good driver ( like 18 wheeler truck) to park

We liked the neighborhood; it felt safe and with lots of food options within walking distance. The apartment itself was comfortable and clean. Our host was very responsive and helpful; she answered all our questions kindly. Also, it was nice to have someone at the front desk/security 24/7. Note that while there are black-out shades in the bedroom, if you're sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room, the shades there do not block the morning light.
Be aware that there is a drying rack above the washing machine, but that area doesn't get any sun to help speed up the drying. Depending on the item, your clothes may take a day or two to fully dry. A suggestion for the host: perhaps consider having a folding drying rack that guests could put by the window so clothes could dry faster.
