Nowoczesny apartament na samej górze nowo wybudowanego budynku niedaleko stacji Aleje Jerozolimskie oraz ruchliwej wylotówce z widokiem na startujące do Stanów samoloty. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, choć kosmetyki, środki czystości, kapsułki w ilości powitalnej - ale są centra handlowe bardzo blisko. Dwa biurka, dwa telewizory, bardzo wygodny materac (twardy) na dość wysokim łóżku. Dużo kanałów w TV (SMART TV), ale pilot mało intuicyjny. Dość dobry kontakt z zarządcą.
Zarządza firma, więc kontakt trochę inny niż z właścicielem. Miejsca parkingowe poza strefą szlabanów, więc czasem trzeba poszukać. Drugi telewizor (sypialnia) trudny do rozgryzienia. Wyposażenie trochę hotelowe - czasem to plus, czasem minus. Lubimy samoloty, więc te Dreamlinery nam nie przeszkadzały, a szum z ulicy pomógł wygłuszyć ptasie radio, które załączyło się na pół dnia poprzez DSO ppoż. (system nagłośnienia ewakuacyjnego). Przydały by się wyższe szafki nocne do tak wysokiego łóżka.
