The furniture and appliances are practically new, and the décor is modern. The bathroom is fully equipped, featuring a shower and a washing machine. Communication with the host was excellent; we asked for an iron, and it was delivered immediately. The instructions for accessing the apartment were clear. Water, juice, and treats were waiting for us, and the air conditioning was already on. Bus stop, marina and shops are very close to the apartment, also beach (10-15min walk).

The bedrooms got hot with the doors closed because the air conditioning was in the living room. There were a bit too few pots, plates, and bowls for six people. It would have been great to have a coffee maker. The apartment is located on a quite busy street.

The place was clean, supplied with appropriate bedding for the most part - some shortage of pillowcases. The location was great for what we needed: marina proximity. The road traffic noise was loud during the day.

The place feels like a relatively new construction - it hasn't been "lived in." Very much feels like a marble facade over poured concrete. This place feels like it was set up from the beginning to be a dedicated rental unit, however, the setup to accomplish this is incomplete. I was not forwarded any details or instructions prior to arrival - I had to phone the supplied host's number, who referred me to text another number to ask for the lockbox code. The instructions supplied were poor - advising the apartment was on the first floor (in Canada we would consider this to be the 2nd floor in actuality)- but this may be a language/cultural barrier. The units in the building are not labeled, so walking up the stairs we spotted the lockbox. Expecting the unit to be on the ground (first) floor, I timidly tried one of the neighbour's locks, and after failing discovered a paper label taped to the door upstairs with the apartment name. There was no information inside the unit aside from a WiFi password. I tried texting the number I was referred to to ask for if there were any expectations for cleaning the unit on departure - but never received a response. We left the unit with the linens stripped and piled for laundry, and a basic wipe-down and sweep. There was also no information on parking - so we parked in one of the lots on site - but had no idea if we were intruding on one of the neighbour's stalls as the units do not have numbers marked (though the stalls do).

Great apartment , near to Marina Kastela and supermarket which is exactly what we needed. All very clean and well presented

Aircon only in living area so took a while for the bedrooms to cool down

Nowoczesny apartament w świetnej lokalizacji. 15 minut piechotą do plaży, 5 minut na autobus, który jeździ całą dobę, supermarket pod nosem. Z balkonu widok na morze.

Powinna być informacja w jaki sposób wejść do budynku, gdy drzwi zewnętrzne są zamknięte - jest to mało intuicyjne. Bardzo ubogie wyposażenie kuchni. Dla osób, które faktycznie chcą gotować samemu będzie to wyzwanie.
