Appartement très agréable et très bien situé pour visiter Nevers. Parking très appréciable. Literie très confortable.
Petit bémol sur le ménage mais ce n’était pas gênant car c’était dans les détails, poussière un peu et sol de la cuisine pas nickel. Quelques patères dans les chambres et la salle de bain seraient appréciables. Il faut savoir qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation mais c’était supportable.

Appartement très confortable et très bien équipé d’une propreté impeccable , communication facile avec la propriétaire, on se sent très bien accueilli.
Il y fait chaud en période de canicule même si deux ventilateurs puissants étaient fournis
