I stayed at this apartment for over a month and had an excellent experience. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and addressed any small issues very quickly. The apartment itself is fantastic, well maintained, spacious, and very comfortable. The facilities were great, especially the swimming pool. Making my stay both convenient and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. I will book again in the future. Thank you :)

We stayed as a family of four, including a 3-year-old and a 9-month-old. The apartment was good standard, functional, and everything worked as expected. The hosts were fantastic, providing thoughtful extras like a kids' chair, a toilet booster, towels, and even milk upon arrival as well as cleaning supplies for the first few days. Communication was excellent, and minor issues such as a faulty frying pan and electric kettle were resolved quickly. The location had its pros and cons. A small grocery store in the building was very convenient, and the pool area was enjoyable—although the adult pool was warmer than the kids' pool. However, access to the public beach, while technically a 15-minute walk away, was inconvenient, especially with a stroller. We ended up paying 1,300 Dirhams for a week’s access to the nearby Habtoor Grand Resort beach, which greatly improved our stay. Unfortunately, noise was a significant issue. Ongoing renovations in a neighboring apartment caused disruptions that made it difficult for our baby to nap, pushing us to spend extra for beach access to escape the disturbances. This was not mentioned in the listing, and the offered compensation (4% of the booking value, to be transferred after submitting this review) felt insufficient, covering only a fraction of our extra expenses. The balcony was also noisy due to the HVAC system of a nearby building, making it less enjoyable to use. In summary, the hosts were excellent, and the apartment met our needs. However, the noise issues and inconvenient beach access impacted our overall experience. Paying for the Habtoor Grand Resort access made the stay more comfortable.

Very friendly, welcoming and supportive host, fantastic pool area, very nice and beautifully furnished apartment, great location. Everything was good about this place. Definitely recommend.
