It is a neat, cozy apartment located minutes from the Al Furjan metro station. The area is remote and quiet, we could hear birds singing during the day, and at the same time, it was easy to get to many locations. Dubai Marina was 20-30 minutes by metro. The apt was well-cleaned and had everything needed for a week-long stay (kitchen, although we only made sandwiches and coffee there, a washing machine, a working place, comfortable mattress). The hosting company was responsive and provided an easy self-check-in.
No socket for a hair dryer in the bathroom (there was one in the living room). Weak lightning in the living area when it was dark outside, but it was not critical for us at all.
