Very basic three star accommodation

Location was good and balcony space was great However there were three of us and only one bath towel and we didn’t see the video to turn on the hot water , so we had cold showers. Our own fault but one doesn’t expect to have to monitor the hot water in a rental apartment

1. Paranormal cold - the boiler never turns on... I added a video 2. You can't even turn off the air conditioner as a heat source, because then all the electricity turns off (we stay in the dark and cold) - I added a video (the property manager knows this problem well, because there is a YouTube video on how to restore the electricity supply. We went to the 0th floor of the 7th about 4 times, I added a link and correspondence with the landlord. In the end, we decided to sit without heating. 3. WiFi doesn't work at all acquaintance, who rents property in Latvia- that's how I got the chance to call you. 4. The property has NO hot water and the cold water has very little pressure- ! Other visitors to this property have also written about this!!!!!! It's impossible to take a shower!!!!! 5. The property was not cleaned before our arrival- the bed linen was not changed, the toilet and shower were 6. Coffee pot – you have to put it on the gas stove, the ring of which is bigger than the pot – we can’t make coffee 7. The bathroom accessories shelf is not in its place, it has fallen, is dirty and placed on the floor 8. The bed linen was not changed – it was wrinkled and smelled bad (photo) – we didn’t go to bed because we were afraid of getting some kind of disease or lice. we were need to find ar ride to another property. So we paid for a service we didn't use, the property not agree refund the money for the 2 night. I don’t understand at all how such a property can be on your website and still be rated 8 + at east understood - the property provider Here&There Property You had the audacity to write to me, so I won't write a bad review, but give 10 !!!!!! I have never seen greater shamelessness.

Decent flat, bad and rude management !!! 🤡🤡🤡

Hi. The view it's beautiful, the property has a few issues, it was reported by another person and I hoped it was fixed but apparently it's a problem with the building and they can't fix it... Water pressure it's very bad 👎 They don't have a modern TV it's an old tv without the function of Smart tv, I couldn't watch something on Netflix... They don't have a cofee machine like dolce-gusto or other pod-machine ( it's a flat, it should have the basic necessities to have a coffee in the morning) When I entered it was a bad smell, they should open the windows and sprinkle a little air-wick inside, especially when it was 1 there... The manager asked me to report all of this in private to fix them without having a bad review, I've accepted and told them if this things will not be fixed when I'll come next time there, I'll put my onest review here. They got angry 😠 😡 👿 and accused me that I'm treating them, absolutely mind-blowing disrespect 🤯🤯🤯 For this reason there you have it ! Overall it's a decent property but they should make some effort to make it even better and please change the management they shouldn't speak with people like this !!! This is not acceptable !!! 🤡🤡🤡

L'appartamento è grande e c'è un posto auto privato. La vista mare dall'ampio terrazzo è molto bella. NB! Per favore, se prenotate qua, ricordate sempre di chiudere bene la porta doppia dell'ascensore, per la gente che ci vive è molto importante.

Tutto automatizzato, dovete mettere in conto a dedicare tempo per inserire i vostri dati per il check-in da soli online, oltre di leggere e seguire tutte le istruzioni che vi inviano di seguito. Certi dettagli di manutenzione veramente trascurati.

Gut geeignet für einen Badeurlaub oder Ausflüge nach Genua / Imperia / Sanremo.

Nahe am Meer, 3 Minuten zum öffentlichen Strand, knapp 10 Minuten zu unserem Lieblings-Strandbad. Bäcker, verschiedene Restaurants und Supermarkt schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Aussicht aufs Meer von der Dachterrasse. Wäscheleinen auf der Terrasse zum Trocknen von Badesachen. Klimaanlage im Wohn/Esszimmer. Gratis WLAN. Fahrstuhl bis in den 6. Stock (dann noch 2 kurze Treppen). Vermieter reagieren schnell auf Fragen. Nützliche Videos zu den Geräten in der Wohnung. Check-in und Checkout unkompliziert.

Eine Klimaanlage auch im Schlafzimmer wäre bei großer Hitze nützlich (am Ankunftstag hatte es draußen 37 Grad). Das Bett war wegen des Kopfteils für meinen Freund etwas kurz (er ist 1,80 m). Das Wasser in der Dusche braucht ein bisschen, bis es warm und mit vollem Druck aus der Leitung kommt.

I servizi....niente gas per cucinare nonostante ci fosse la cucina....ma tutto funzionava con la bombola che non c'era....quindi anche senza acqua calda oltre al fatto che abbiamo speso un sacco di soldi in pesce che abbiamo dovuto buttare per la mancanza di gas
