Czysty polój, przstronna łazienka. Cisza i spokój w obiekcie. Przemiły personel, blisko biedronka 24h od pon do sob.
Przydałby się dodatkowy śmietnik w pokoju. Dla dwóch osób ten mały w łazience nie starczy.

Blisko tramwaju i Biedronki, bar na miejscu z dobrymi posiłkami, bezpłatny parking, dobra cena za noclegi, bardzo uprzejma obsługa recepcji i baru.
Zbyt jasne rolety w oknach nie chroniące przed porannym słońcem. Hałasujący w nocy imprezowicze przed wejściem do budynku co nie pozwalało zasnąć w pokoju po stronie wejścia. Niedziałająca wentylacja w łazience.

Standard jak w hotelu, ale w akademiku :-) Bardzo przyjemny, ładnie wykończony pokój, wygodne łóżko, telewizor z kanałami naziemnymi. Były zapewnione mini mydełka z logiem uniwersytetu i woda butelkowana. Świetny dojazd szybkim tramwajem z Dworca Głównego w około 5-10 minut.

Wszystko zgodnie z opisem a nawet lepiej. Wyjątkowo sympatyczna obsługa na recepcji, czysto, ciepło, lodówka, czajnik, suszarka, telewizor w pokoju. Pokój dość duży. Parking darmowy. Szybki dojazd do centrum. Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Polecam.
