The apartment was very nice, comfortable, clean and modern. Everything you need to live and relax
The lift broke down on Christmas eve and was not fixed up until the 29th of December when we left..4th floor ok for myself, but if you can't climb stairs then would be an issue. Locals said that broken lift is a regular issue. Not the owners fault

The apartment block itself was new but it was still under development. We had to park the car in a nearby car park and not at the apartment car park.
The furniture inside was really dirty, the chairs, sofa, kitchen appliances were dirty, stained and old. The iron had a burned surface so it was unusable. The carpets were stained. The window frames in the bedroom and living room were cracked. The view from the bedroom and living room overlooked a dump site for several old and stained mattresses in the back yard!
