I don’t think it’s a disadvantage but can be challenging for some people to get there because of the location in the hill . For me it’s a good thing

L’appartamento é semplicemente stupendo, pulitissimo, con un balcone fantastico e una vista pazzesca,
L’unico lato negativo è poi la ragione per cui si può godere della vista magnifica, cioè il dislivello della strada per arrivarci, ma fidatevi, se non avete problemi a fare qualche metro in salita ne vale la pena e come, una vista così non la puoi trovare altrove
