O apartamento é super confortável, acomoda tranquilamente quatro pessoas, a cozinha é super completa e dá pra cozinhar tranquilamente (o que acho particularmente dificil já que é impossivel não sair para comer essa comida maravilhosa de Ilhéus hehe). O anfitrião é atencioso e atende rapidamente. Fica próximo a praia do sul e é facil de ir a pé.

The subdivision has several families living in it, quite and peaceful. The apartment had great air conditioning.

The apartment had a strong odor when we arrived that resembled either gas or insecticide, which was concerning. The bed linens also had an unpleasant smell. The pots, pans, utensils, appliances, and kitchen cabinets appeared old, and the cabinets could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The building itself, including the elevator and hallways, also had an unpleasant odor. The neighborhood felt somewhat rough, and I would not feel comfortable walking outside the subdivision at night. A car is highly recommended, as the beach, restaurants, shops, and well-stocked grocery stores are not within walking distance.
