Overall it has good facilities. It's recommended for calm quiet place.
water pressure issue in the upper floor bathroom. when some one having the bath in down floor cannot have a barth in upper floor bathroom.

Very spacious, clean and tidy. Good for a larger group wanting to stay away from town. Only a couple of kms away from cbd . Nice quiet neighbourhood.

Location and size of the house
10 people and one tea towel, no platters, no kitchen basics like handee towels, salt not filled. Sofa bed was so uncomfortable the person had to sleep on the couch. Downstairs room on the right was not dusted.
