Summer house in Urla "Apartment 1"

We stayed in this house for two weeks with my son and grandson enjoying a family vacation that combined beach time with exploring Turkish places of interest. Despite our late-night arrival, the owner, Sinan, met us and showed us around the property. He was prompt in answering all our questions throughout our stay. The rental unit occupies the entire ground floor of a two-story house and includes exclusive use of a veranda and a cozy courtyard. It is fully equipped for a family holiday including all necessary kitchenware. All rooms are air conditioned. The car can be parked right next to the house. A very popular seafood restaurant—which draws visitors from far and wide—is located right next door. The house is situated just one row back from the seafront. However, we drove to Ilıca Beach—a 30-minute drive away—since it is one of the best public beaches with thermal springs in the region. Everything suited us.
