Really liked the location, you can easily walk into Ksamil. Julian provided us with recommendations for restaurants and bars and the food really was excellent. Upstairs rooms were very nice, comfy beds and well working A/C and nice shared Balcony. Overall a really pleasant stay. Pool is beautiful.
Slightly pricey considering the bottom bedroom and sofa bed. Downstairs feels tight for space. Other than that can easily get 7 people sat on the sofa but was tight for the three people sharing the sofa bed, bedroom and downstairs bathroom.

The Villa was absolutely gorgeous and spotless, a perfect relaxing spot just up 10mins walk from the beaches, 5 mins from restaurants. The host was super friendly and helpful as well as his housekeeper, cannot recommend this spot enough!
