La struttura è situata vicino alla zona centrale di Otranto, è molto pulita e dotata di tutti i confort, molto comoda è inoltre la procedura di self check in. È possibile richiedere un pass per il parcheggio per 5 euro al giorno. La proprietaria è molto gentile e attenta alle esigenze dei clienti
La camera da letto adiacente alla strada è un po' rumorosa per il traffico di veicoli, soprattutto nel fine settimana

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, disponía de todas las comodidades, las habitaciones muy amplias ,la cocina estaba muy bien preparada, el apartamento se encuentra muy cerca del centro histórico y la playa. Francesca, la propietaria, estuvo muy pendiente durante nuestra estancia, es una persona encantadora, nuestra hija está de Erasmus en Otranto y se ofreció a cualquier cosa que necesitara. Muchas gracias por todo Francesca, has hecho nuestra estancia más agradable si cabía .
