Für Besuche in der Veltins Arena top. Bahn und Schalker Meile direkt vor der Tür. Super netter Gastgeber. Wohnung immer sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt nichts zu meckern!!!!

Large, nicely furnished apartment with multiple comforts. Tv's in both rooms, fridge, boardgames and homely decour. A fridge, a microwave, nice electric stove - pretty much everything one would need in a kitchen. Free beverages in the fridge were a nice touch. The pick up of keys was well arranged and went smoothly, the key box was easy to find and the code messaged earlier. Everything necessary for comfortable stay provided in advance.

An owner could be a little more thorough with dusting, although it was not a big problem, everything was mostly clean. The hairdryer wasn't working. However, the biggest problem was the location. Lack of carpark anywhere near. Parking spaces along the road within 200 m were all taken (despite the owner assuring us otherwise), which was a big minus. Most buildings around were empty or during demolition. The rest seemed mostly a social housing estate, with kids running around until late evening hours - something the owner of the apartment can do very little about, I understand that, but it affected our comfort in a negative way.

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Anbindung zum ÖPNV, man ist schnell am Stadion oder in der Stadt. Die Größe der Wohnung ist vollkommen ausreichend. Sowohl im Wohnuzimmer als im Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Fernseher.

Leider gibt es keine Parkplätze, die zur Wohnung gehören. Man parkt an der Straße, sofern es dort einen Platz gibt (teilweise schwierig). Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt eher weniger geeignet (wenig Besteck/Geschirr). Leider gibt es keine "richtige" Kaffeemaschine, sondern eine Senseo (müsste man vorher wissen). Auf den ersten Blick war die Wohnung sauber, aber beim zweiten Blick hätte die Wohnung sauberer sein können. Die Umgebung der Wohnung ist eher unschön und laut.
