Apartament tip vagon , elegant , cochet, mobiliat cu gust , mobilă de calitate.

Apartamentul este situat la o intersecție aglomerată uneori extrem de aglomerată , cu acces direct din strada . Nu se poate aerisi din cauza noxelor iar zgomotul traficului se aude foarte bine. Fereastra de la intrare , unica de-altfel , este mică iar iluminarea naturală este extrem de deficitară . Mașina de spălat este pe post de mobilier , a se citi nefuncțională . Am întrebat proprietarii care este situația și mi-au spus ce de un an de zile caută o firmă disponibilă să-l repare. Le-am reproșat faptul ca informația nu este publică însă mi-au reproșat ca sunt nepoliticos .Balconul , care se afla în partea din spate a apartamentului , este îngrădit. Lumina soarelui nu pătrunde în apartament în această zonă pentru ca în fața balconului este un zid înalt terminat cu grilaje. Este singura variantă de aerisire a apartamentului în situația în care acceptați noxele.

Tolles Studio, alles in der Nähe. Liegt an einer Hauptstraße hat aber Schallschutz Fenster und war sehr leise.

I had a grate time here in Greece, and when I saw this place I liked it a lot and It was even a lot better then in the photos, close to the water and stores. Close parking. Nice wiew from the Livingroom

Inside, the flat is quite pleasant with a good size, separate bedroom and an outside balcony.

Flat is on a very busy main throughfare on the easter edge of the town centre, close to the (now closed) old railway station and adjacent bus station- however long distance busses to Athens use the Isthmus Bus station close to the E end of the Corinth Canal… Kitchen poorly equipped: just one giant pot and one fry pan Smoke alarm super-sensitive- this combined with a non-functional range hood made cooking challenging. Flat is advertised as including a washing machine; unfortunately, despite looking near new, a notice indicated that this was not working . A sensor light flashes in the BEDROOM when it detects movement; presumably (hopefully!!!) this was just a burglar monitoring system, but placement in the bedroom when visitors are staying is inappropriate
