Seaside Residence

We stayed for 5 nights at the Seaside Residence and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Functional kitchen (we didn't use the cooking appliances but looked good quality and newish) Big bathroom, good water pressure, instant hot water and good quality washing machine Efficient and quiet air conditioning in bedroom and ducted a/c in main kitchen/lounge area Very fast internet 76.4Mbps download / 28.4Mbps upload Comfy bed, nice desk area and lots of storage for clothes etc. Shutters on windows block out virtually all light and noise - very quiet and dark bedroom Nice patio - great for drying clothes Responsive communication from the host

De locatie was perfect, op slechts enkele minuten van het strand en de winkels/restaurants. Er is een kleine tuin aanwezig die je veel privacy geeft. Het appartement was heel modern, goed bed, ruime badkamer, een luxe keuken met vaatwasser en wasmachine!

Very nice and clean comfortable modern apartment. The owner is very nice and helpful. We had an issue with the AC when we first got there and they were so quick to respond and had it fixed shortly. We recommend a visit if you’re in Vlorë.

Noting it was all good. I would recommend staying here anytime!

We really liked how modern and clean the apartment is, feels brand new. The location is great since it has everything you need nearby. It has great AC that cools the entire space. The water pressure was great. The sheets smelled nice and clean. Curtains that actually keep the room dark. A nice patio area that is private and you can hang clothes/towels to dry. Also, the door has a screen so you can leave it open and avoid mosquitoes!

Parking is a bit difficult, we were able to find free street parking nearby but if you’re lucky. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper (we were 3 people). Also the walls are very thin, we could hear the people next door showering at midnight.. that’s about it.
