Piękny, nowoczesny apartament, bardzo dobrze wyposażony i urządzony z dbałością o detale. Do dyspozycji był duży balkon, a lokalizacja była świetna – zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od morza.
Nie działała klimatyzacja, ale właściciele dostarczyli nam wiatrak, więc zadbali o nasz komfort

Przepiękny widok na morze, oddalone o ok. 150 metrów. Szum fal super relaksuje, będąc na dużym balkonie. Bardzo łatwe dojście do morza, praktycznie przy zejściu na plażę. Okna dzwiękoszczelne, dzięki którym nie słychać nawet sztormu, pokój na 3 piętrze z 4- ch. Podziemny garaż, łatwy wjazd i wyjazd, szybka i cicha winda.
Nie działająca sauna. Duża szkoda.

Dobre miejsce; blisko plaża; spokojni inni użytkownicy; czysto. Warto wydać pieniądze na taki pobyt. Drobne uchybienia związane z zastaymi uszkodzeniami ustalono z właścicielem. Kontakt zdalny ale łatwy i szybki.
Tylko źle trafiliśmy w pogodę ; ale przecież to tylko bardziej korzystna inhalacja.

An sich gute Lage mit Blick auf die Ostsee.
Direkt neben dem Appartment ist über den ganzen Sommer ein Jahrmarkt aufgebaut. Ab mittags laufen die Geschäfte (inklusive Freefall-Tower mit entsprechendem Geschrei der Leute) und laute Musik. Der Balkon ist daher nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Man hat zwar in einer Richtung einen tollen Ausblick auf die Ostsee, der aber durch grelles flackerndes Licht sowie laute Musik / Geschrei begleitet wird.
