Villa Chris - Malona

Újszerű , tiszta, tágas appartman, kiváló ár-érték aránnyal.

A konyhából hiányzott nekünk egy mikrohullámú sütő, illetve a felső teraszt jobban is ki lehetne használni.

Mum and Dad loved the property and it's location. They were able to use the one level for main living. Being 90 and 87, this was important and the reason I chose the property for them. The location was perfect - I would have loved them to stay with us in our home around the corner, but with steep marble stairs, that wasn't possible any more. Villa Chris was perfect - 2 mins from my house - essentially they only had 1 step to have to use, so was perfect - they would definitely use again.

The only things that could have been better: Future proof the place for older people. Being single story living - it's going to attract old people as well as young - perhaps a handle on the wall where the step goes down to the front door and bathroom. Mum found that difficult - also a line across the end of the step to make it stand out. It wasn't obvious so I was really worried at night that without glasses on they wouldn't see the edge and fall forwards when using the bathroom. She made it more obvious by using the rug from kitchen to accentuate it. Also, by removing the electricity card when they left the property, it meant that the light above the door couldn't be used, so they found it difficult putting the key in the lock - it would be helpful to perhaps have an override switch for that light only so they can switch on before leaving and it's then light when they get back in the dark.
