    The hosts Anna and her husband were amazing. They’re what make this place a great place to stay. The rooms are very basic, but they’re all you need. The area of Kai Bae is stunning, you don’t spend time in your room, the resort reception is great, everyone hangs out there and chats. The staff really make the effort to make you feel at home and help you with anything you need, even giving you advice on where to go, wha products to buy etc. Anna’s really great. The location is perfection. You’re right where you need to be close to everything but also tucked up a road so it’s quiet.

    I stayed at Sanook Sanang Resort for 5 days as a solo traveler and had a wonderful experience. The place is newly renovated, quiet, and very practical, perfect as a relaxed base for a longer stay. The location is excellent and central, close to everything: Kai Bae Beach, shops, and plenty of restaurants, yet still peaceful. The hosts are truly lovely, welcoming, knowledgeable about the area, and attentive. There’s a communal area with a coffee corner where it’s easy to meet other guests and have a chat, which I really appreciated. The amenities are great and clearly well thought out: a clean room, garden setting, a private outdoor area, fridge, strong shower, comfortable bed, and plenty of space to organize your things. Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable and at home. Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing experience. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend Sanook Sanang Resort.
