Very central so lots of restaurants and shops Clean, spacious, air conditioned & well equipped Very responsive to queries. Quickly answered & small issues sorted with no delay We booked taxi transfers through the property and our driver was fantastic- helping us with late check in & bag storage. He made check in & leaving so smooth.

Roof top pool pre-booking system is a nuisance. When busy not all of our family could use the pool at the same time. Glass around the infinity pool was dirty I didn’t realise the apartments were located right in the centre of the nightclubs & night life. Very busy & noisy at night in that area although the apartment was safe & we were high enough not to be troubled by the noise. The front line receptionists in the apartment foyer was not responsible for our apartments or booking. I understand they were an other company. This was confusing at first. Would have been helpful to know

El diseño del edificio es precioso, esta bien ubicado, me quedaba cerca de la escuela, tenía un bello panorama, la gente de la recepción fueron super amables al igual que el joven Duvan que me ayudo con los inconvenientes que pudo.

Habia mucho viento y las puertas de vidrio del balcón zumbaban por que no estan bien , fue bastante difícil, afortunadamente no hubo viento todos los días. El wifi fallo repetidas veces, el joven Duvan me ayudo siempre que lo contacte. Pero eso fue muy aburridor, finalmente cambiaron el ruta del Internet y una semana antes de irme, no tuve problemas con eso. Otra cosa, no había suficientes herramientas en la cocina para poder cocinar, motivo por el que quería un apartamento. Cuando pedí para pagar para que ne hicieran un aseo de los baños y los pisos, me dijeron que costaba 65 euros, lamentablemente contacte tarde a la empresa de aseo del hotel, que notablemente era mas económico pero que había que reservar dos días antes. Pague 45 y la chica del aseo se espero en dejar lindo el apartamento.

The location was great, fit only for couple ( two persons) only

The apartment is good and clean but it will lack of the basic, it written there was sofa bed but the sofa there was fixed I had to ask for extra bed which took around three hours to bring . And the hair dryer was found broken , the floor was little oily which clearly looked missing detailed mobbing since long time, and towels were not satisfied.
