The location was good, relatively close to most things and a short walk to the beach.

Collection of the keys was a nightmare as the responsible realestate agent couldn't ring an international mobile, and emails sent took days to arrive. Finally managed to obtain access to the apartment after going to the realestate agents office and photographing the supposedly sent email. Neighbors - while they are outside of the owners control they still impact those around them. The shops downstairs, which was a local "hangout", which, in the evenings and on weekends became littered with rubbish. Another notable item was the small-time drug exchanges that occurred at the front of the apartment building nearly every evening.

Clean tidy close to beach

No bench space in bathroom, easily fixed by putting a chair in there.

good location close to tram stop and short walk to Crowne Plaza for convention's and corner store, BWS and BBQ Chicken restaurant right next door

floors were not clean at arrival and one day went out to lunch one day saw cleaner arrive doing communal hallway when got back hours later floor was soaking wet and not mopped just soapy water dumped on the floor and left
