Very good place to stay, very quiet and relaxing and with everything you need for a weekend with friends! The only problem were the bugs, everything eles was great! We recomend

We enjoyed our stay at the Casa da Passarinha near Soure, Portugal. José, the owner, was very helpful with information about seeing the local sites of Conímbriga, Coimbra and the Castle of Montemor-o-Velho. The Castle of Soure is in the nearby town as well, and the community of Soure is where the closest grocery stores and gas station are located. It takes a bit of maneuvering to get to the Casa da Passarinha, but it was well worth staying at a nice place surrounded by 17-acres of olive orchards and vineyards. It was helpful to use Google maps and save them on your device offline, and it also helps to have coordinates for wherever you may be going in the region too. We found the Portuguese people to be welcoming and hospitable overall, and definitely recommend this place to those planning on staying in central Portugal. Thanks again and obrigado!
