The detached villa is rustically furnished. The property is located on a farm, on the outskirts of the village. The residence is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for use: sun lounger, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.
Your holiday house
Your villa consists of 3 floors, 5 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 150 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with central heating. The entrance leads over an external stair and a terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, lounge, dinette and TV. You have access to the terrace. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
Higher ground floor: Living room as intersecting room and with lounge, dinette and TV. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
