Review First off, I want to make it known that the unit we booked was not available to us. We were informed of this change the morning of our check-in. Therefore, this review is for the unit that we were staying in and not the unit that we booked. As stated above, we were given a last minute notice that the unit we originally booked over a month in advice was not available. Apparently, they double booked, so we were given the unit adjacent to it. Upon arrival, there was a putrid smelling garbage can butted up against the storm-door. After moving it, access getting into the unit was very simple and helpful because I was able to use their Vivint app to lock and unlock the door. My husband and mother both noticed sugar ants both on the dining room table and kitchen counter as well as gnats. The third to last and second to last day of our stay, a maintenance man and woman came and worked on the storm door. They were very loud for 1.5 hours the second day and came unannounced both days. As far as the neighborhood goes, the block itself was fine but the beginning of the street is very sketchy. Overall, the unit itself was well stocked and furnished with what is needed to live comfortably. However, communication amongst the company needs to be improved.
