OceanBeachfront 2 bedroom cottage with breathtaking view, steps to the beach

The cottage is cute and well cared for. The host seems bothered if you reach out with questions. The first night the fire alarm went off when we opened the front door. We told Roz…she said to not leave the door open and the air on at the same time. The alarm went off daily. It is a bit unnerving but we informed the host as it occurred. The last day it happened the alarm said it was unsafe in the basement area and to check for smoke and to leave the bldg. We unhooked it and reported it…yet again. Roz said…we have no basement! We were told the alarm was new and should have been on. This was just an inconvenient situation . However…the unacceptable part came after we left and we were sent additional fee charges. This cottage is listed as pet friendly. I have traveled with a genuine service dog for over 20 years. I comply with all rules and regulations. A service dog is medical equipment and NOT a pet under the ADA regulations. We brought a small Frenchie as our pet as per the instructions. But we were charged a fee for our Service dog!! I am refusing to pay this!!! It is illegal!!

We had a wonderful week staying at the beach cottage. The house had everything we needed. It was clean, cozy, and decorated with a beach vibe. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the porch and being only steps away from the ocean. The space under the house was nice to have and we used grill and hammock. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this cozy beautiful home. It’s only steps away from the beach. The owners were great about making sure we were comfortable and had anything we needed. I would highly recommend this property.

We have been to many beach communities and stayed in many homes - this little cottage was one of the best! The place was immaculate upon our arrival and the owner was quick to respond to questions. And totally stocked - there was not one small appliance or utensil missing. Even a sewing kit!! Although the house is small, it didn't seem small. The furniture was well placed and perfect for the rooms. Most of all, we loved that the owners have retained the cottage feel by retaining a lot of the home's character while keeping it updated and clean. As far as location, it couldn't be better! Right on the beach in a quiet neighborhood with no commercial buildings but just minutes from restaurants and stores. The covered back deck and perfect sitting area made us want to eat every meal there.We totally recommend this home to anyone who wants to relax on the beach in a quiet area with boardwalk vibes.
