The house is close to Sillerslev harbour, which is a combined business and yacht harbour. The island's best beach with a jetty. In the summer, the cafe is open. Kulturkøbmanden is also located in Sillerslev, and concerts etc. are regularly held here.
The scenic area Legind Bjerge is also close by and here there are marked hiking routes and a mountain bike track. It is also in this area that Jesperhus Holiday Park is located. Jesperhus is i.a. Northern Europe's largest flower park with swimming pool, playground and bowling alleys. In Nykøbing Mors you will find a lovely pedestrian street that connects the city with the harbour, where there is life all summer. In continuation of the pedestrian street, you will find the local history museum - Dueholm Kloster and the Danish Foundry Museum, which exhibits the old Morsø wood-burning stoves and stoves. Salgjerhøj is the island's highest point and here you will encounter unique nature. At the top, you get a clear sense of the varied and distinctive nature found on Mors.
