2 miles to downtown! Just minutes from: Daikin Park, Formerly Minute Maid (7 minutes), Toyota Center (7 minutes), University of Houston (8 minutes), Discovery Green (9 minutes). Private backyard entertaining space with a hot tub, outdoor dining area, and ladder toss game. When you book this property you have access to both homes on the property: the 4 bedroom main house that sleeps 12 and the back guest house sleeps 4.

Located just minutes away from downtown Houston, you'll find yourself within easy reach of Daikin Park, the Toyota Center, the Texas Medical Center, University of Houston, and more. Explore the bustling dining and nightlife scene of EaDo, or unwind with a margarita from the margarita machine and a round of karaoke! With the METRORail station nearby, exploring the city couldn't be easier.

• Access to both units on the property: the 4 bedroom main house and the 1 bedroom guest house.
• Five bedrooms total, including a bedroom loft with a king size bed accessible by a spiral staircase (please climb at your own risk)

• There are two Airbnb rental buildings on this property, with guests having access to both buildings along with the gated parking.
• Safety and security are paramount here, with exterior security cameras providing added peace of mind during your stay.
Other things to note:
• We ask that you be mindful of your noise. Quiet hours (10pm-8am) will be enforced.
- The City of Houston has a noise ordinance in place. Please respect the quiet hours and keep all noise indoors between the hours of 10pm-8am.
- The use of the hot tub is not permitted during the quiet hours of 10pm-8am.
- Please follow all posted hot tub rules.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property for its versatility and ability to accommodate our large group! It is spacious and comfortable with such a fun atmosphere. We loved its personality!! Great place to stay.
