This beautiful 3-bedroom plus garage bunk room, 3-bathroom Matarangi holiday home is a modern design located on the edge of the reserve before the beach, with views of the sea and the reserve in front. Perfect for 6 adults and up to 4 children.
The flooring at this Matarangi holiday home is polished concrete with rugs, the window coverings are Venetian blinds. Two bedrooms are upstairs, each containing a queen-sized bed and has ensuite bathrooms with shower, vanity, and toilet.
The downstairs bedroom has a double sofa bed and the garage room has 2 sets of bunks.
The open-plan lounge/dining/ living areas have an open fireplace and open out to the glorious views of the water.
The dining table extends to seat 10 with modern design moulded chairs.
The kitchen has stainless steel and manufactured stone bench tops, a gas hob, an under bench oven, a 70/30 extra-wide fridge freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, an espresso machine, an oven and all the items in the kitchen you need
The main bathroom is downstairs and has a shower, vanity, and toilet.
The laundry has an automatic washing machine and tumble drier.
Outdoor furnishings include table & chairs, lounge chairs, shade sails and a gas barbeque. There are decks at the front and on the side patio area.

Communication unfortunately was inconsistent, I had txt messages, and messages via bookabach. There was no email saying what we owed when, there was no email with arrival instructions. I had to prompt property managers to give me information about our stay. They were helpful and friendly once contacted. Unfortunatly the alarm was on when we arrived, which resulted in a neighbor running over with the details. The house itself matched the description, but the overall consensus from our two families (and we rent a lot of places together) was 'grimey'. You could tell the house had been shut up, there was a distinct damp smell on arrival, we aired the house, but it lingered in the garage. The upstairs front ensuite needed a good clean, the walls were filthy with black hand prints above the toilet, there was brown stuff splattered along the sliding door and along the wall. And the kitchen and its drawers really did need a good cleaning. The beds were comfortable, linen was clean, it was well equiped and wonderful location.
