The Space:
This cozy Shaver Lake cabin is thoughtfully designed for families to relax, reconnect, and enjoy mountain living. The main living area features rustic wood accents, a warm fireplace, and large windows that bring in natural light and peaceful forest views.
The home offers three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing plenty of space for families and groups. Upstairs, the children’s playroom loft is a favorite feature, complete with two twin beds and trundles, creating a fun and imaginative sleeping and play area for kids.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals, while the dining area offers a welcoming space to gather for family dinners and game nights. Step outside onto the spacious deck to enjoy fresh mountain air, outdoor dining, or quiet moments surrounded by nature.
This cabin blends comfort, charm, and functionality to create the perfect mountain retreat.

Guests will have access to most closets, but you'll see some are locked. Please do not tamper with locks. Thank you!

From hiking and mountain biking to fishing and boating on Shaver Lake, there's no shortage of activities to explore just a stone's throw away. During winter, experience the wonderland of snow with skiing and snowboarding opportunities in the nearby China Peak Mountain Resort.
Getting Around:
This cabin has a driveway, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
No parking on the street during winter months due to snow removal.
No recreational vehicles or camping allowed in yards and driveways.
There is no uber, etc in this area.-you need your own transportation.
Other Things to Note:
BBQ Grill Policy:
The BBQ grill is available for guest use; however, propane is not provided or guaranteed. Guests must bring their own propane tank if they plan to use the grill. Propane tanks can be filled locally at Shaver Lake Hardware. No refunds or discounts will be issued due to lack of propane.
4x4/all wheel drive vehicles may be required with cables/chains during the winter season. Please be prepared or CHP could refuse entrance into Shaver Lake (168-E)

Kind and accommodating host. Cozy cabin.

The cabin was spacious and comfortable for 6 adults and 2 kids. The host had great communication, and there was plenty of parking for our cars. Overall, we had a great stay. The only thing we would have liked is for some of the drawers with games and kitchen items to be a bit more organized.

Amanda keeps everything really nice at her home. My family was able to come together here for our annual trip and we had such a good time. She was really communicative and accommodating as needed. :) thanks for letting us stay at yours
