About this apartment rental

While the decor and furnishings may be dated, the unit is clean, well-maintained, and priced accordingly. Guests who prioritize spectacular views and prime location over modern upgrades will find exceptional value here. The condo needs to be rennovated and is priced to reflect it's lack of modernization.
The Master Suite features a king-sized bed, with queen beds in the two guest rooms. A fully stocked kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and three flat-screen TVs provide the essentials for a comfortable stay. The unit also includes a full beach kit—chairs, towels, and umbrella—for your days on the sand, just steps away from your front door.
Enjoy resort-style amenities at Crescent Royale, including a heated pool, fitness center, BBQ area, shuffleboard, and the convenience of onsite management. Siesta Key Village is just a trolley ride away, offering dining, shopping, and entertainment.
