Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home, garage, lanai, or anywhere on the premises.
Failure to comply with this rule may result in:
Additional cleaning and deodorizing charges
A penalty fee between $200 and $500
Potential immediate termination of the reservation without refund
🐱 No Cats Allowed
Cats are not permitted in any of our properties under any circumstance unless explicitly authorized in writing prior to arrival.
Unauthorized cats in the property may result in:
Deep cleaning charges
Allergen remediation charges
Penalty fees between $500 and $1,000
Additional charges for damages, odors, or excessive cleaning requirements
🐶 Dog Policy (Pet-Friendly Homes Only)
Some homes may be designated as dog-friendly. Approval is required prior to booking or arrival.
Dog Requirements:
One dog maximum unless otherwise approved
Less than 30 lbs preferred
Non-shedding breeds preferred
Must be house-trained and well-behaved
Guests must contact the host prior to arrival with:

This house was immaculately clean, roomy and had everything we needed. The location was great for us, as it was one street over from my in-laws. This made it extremely convenient for us.

The house was immaculate with all the amenities that we needed.Loved the golf cart and the location was close to pool and recreation center. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again ! The bed was very comfortable and every was well decorated.

Home was well equipped with necessary items for several days which gives you time to shop as needed. I found everything I needed and more. Home was spotless and spacious and very comfortable. A ten all around. i can't think of anything other than maybe a scale to see how much weight I gained on vacation.

The Queen Dabney Villa was the perfect place for my daughter and I to visit family in the area. It is a really well kept home; the living room and bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was great and had all the necessary supplies. We did not take advantage of the new golf cart, but my brother who saw it was jealous of it compared to his! And it is located very close to the pool which is nice. Jesse responded quickly to the questions we had about our stay. We would recommend it!(The only reason I did not give a 5 rating for the neighborhood was because I am a light sleeper and the traffic from the local highway behind the house kept me up a bit at night. It did not bother my daughter at all!)
