We all loved this home! Inside and out! Had everything we needed and more! Pool table and outdoor pool was The Best! Everything was very clean and well kept. Close to everything.

Highly recommended!We love this property, we have rented it for 5 consecutive years, super nice, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.It is the perfect house for my family. Everything in the house is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen well equipped. Easy access to Lake Havasu. Enough area for parking cars and boats. The pool was wonderful!Communication with property manager is easy, thanks Crystal Wildman

i requested the prop manager to do a walk thru with me. she said she didn't need as she cleaned it. I demanded and I took a video of the home and showed her many things. Then I asked when pool weas cleaned as we had our pet and dint want him to get out. she didn't know, req garage door openers she didn't know. ask her to ask owners she never did. drop off batteries left on front porch. smoke detector chirp so i put new battery in it had to use ladder, the batteries she brought were no good. she said she would send someone to fix and never did so we got new battery and fixed. the icemaker dint work she finally contacted owner and let us know it was leaking so they shut it off. Top of extra bedroom door was loose and wouldn't shut. We had to get new screws and fix. It was like she didn't know anything about the house. Dog urine on bed skirt, curtains in master bedroom and shredded in dining room. Bugs in laundry room, cobwebs in some corners. she told us garbage day on Wednesdays, it changed to Mondays almost a year ago and neighbor told us that. The home itself and especially the pool area was lovely. It was our 50th anniversary so decided to enjoy the home and lake Havasu. It needs a deep clean, but owners have a great home. Would stay again with different property manager. WE have used vrbo for over 6 years now and this was the first rough experience we had. So, for the first 4 days we were upset. Then we loved every minute.
