If you want Beach/Bay but close to restaurants and shops this house is perfect for you. Not even a minute away from the bay, and five houses walk to the beach- about 4-minute walk. This is one of the narrowest parts of Long Beach Island. So beauty surrounds you as well as convenience of restaurants and stores. Everything in the house is brand new. The house is raised up so plenty of parking. There are decks off of each bedroom. And two master bedrooms so plenty of room for more than one family.
We are new to the rental market and would like to share with your family. Our home was completely renovated in the winter of 2024 with new floors, paint, kitchen, bathroom and furniture.
