A 5-10 minute drive will take you to shopping malls, the marina, and Herzliya's train station, and in 20-25 minutes you're in Tel-Aviv's center. This area is one of Israel's most prestigious and sought-after locations, called Herzliya Pituah, where you enjoy peaceful surroundings while staying close to the center of attention.
Getting Around:
The apartment offers a private parking spot in the building's underground lot, a rare convenience for beachfront properties in Israel. Paid street parking and nearby parking lots are also available. Bus stations, just a 5-8 minute walk away, provide easy access to lines heading to Herzliya's train station in about 15 minutes.

1️⃣ Israeli citizens are subject to an additional 18% VAT, which is not included in the listed price. Tourists (non-Israeli passport holders) may be exempt from this VAT by submitting photos of their passport and a valid B2 Stay Permit issued at passport control at the airport. Check-in instructions will be provided only after payment of the VAT or submission of the required documents.
2️⃣ The swimming pool closes on October 4th, 2026 (it will open on April 2027). Swimming pool availability is subject to the decisions of the building's management; therefore, exact opening and closing dates may vary based on their decisions and the weather. Generally, the swimming pool operates seasonally - from April through October.
⏰ Late check-out on Saturdays (Motzei Shabbat) is subject to availability and an additional fee.
🛂 Guests are required to provide a copy of their passport before check-in. Israeli citizens may alternatively provide a photo of another government-issued ID.
🐕🦺 A service animal may enter the building only upon presentation of a valid official certificate issued by the Israeli Ministry of Welfare. No other kind of certificate will be accepted.

This is a lovely apartment- spacious and decorated beautifully. It exceeded our expectations and needs and we were very comfortable here. The location is wonderful- across the street from the beach. Beach views from the terrace as well! The host, Eitamar, was very responsive if we had any questions. There was a parking spot underground, which is so convenient because parking is very difficult in this area. Just note- if you’re from the US and used to spacious parking, opt for the smaller rental car if possible so that you’ll easily fit. Parking is tight in Israel. Anyway, I now feel like a pro Israeli driver :-) The kitchen is great, laundry, an air conditioner upstairs as well as downstairs- all in all, we are very glad we chose to stay here. You’ll love it!
